After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification
Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date
We estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary

FACHA is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order
If shipment is refused we will refund you for the value of the shipment
Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries

WHAT´S OUR PRODUCT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS?
We carefully select each piece of leather in order to guarantee the best quality of every single FACHA product
Our vegetable tanned leather may vary in tone and texture. Textures are not imperfections, they are natural features of a product with no synthetic top finishes, which makes each piece unique.
This type of material will grow darker, change with daily use and evolve over time. We have some recommendations that will grant your brand new FACHA will age in the best way possible. The proper care of the leather will help you preserve the quality and beauty of your FACHA items.
It’s important to protect the product from humidity, avoid contact with liquids, hand cream, perfume, cosmetics and any oil-based substances. Exposure to direct light or heat may also be harmful.
If vegetable tanned leather is exposed to water it could be irregularly stained. We do not recommend to use it under the rain.
If the leather does come into contact with water or any of these substances, you should clean it gently with a clean and dry absorbent cloth.
Be careful not to rub the product against coarse, abrasive or sharp surfaces that may scratch the leather. Light scratches can be attenuated by gently massaging the material with a dry soft cloth.
Storage also matters We recommend storing the product in a dry place where it is properly accommodated in order to avoid deformation.
WHAT´S OUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To complete a return, email email@example.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
We will email you with a return confirmation number which must be included in your return shipment.
Returns must be mailed within 15 days of receiving your return confirmation number.
Returns mailed more than 15 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted.
Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Items sold during a Sale are not eligible for returns.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and a refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted

Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
