FIRST OF ALL, WHAT DOES “FACHA” MEAN?
  • “Facha” is an argentinian slang to say to someone that has good looks, that is well dressed, that has a cool vibe

WHAT IS RECYCLED LEATHER?
  • The recycled leather is a manufactured material, result of discards linked to the leather industry
  • It’s a sustainable, durable material, with great structure and resistance to prolonged use
  • This material is manufactured by a worker cooperative in Buenos Aires, with its factory open to the customer, keeping in sight the manufacturing processes

WHAT´S OUR PRODUCT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS?
  • We carefully select each piece of leather in order to guarantee the best quality of every single FACHA product
  • It’s important to protect the product from humidity, avoid contact with liquids, hand cream, perfume, cosmetics and any oil-based substances. Exposure to direct light or heat may also be harmful
  • If the recycled leather does come into contact with water or any of these substances, you should clean it gently with a clean and dry absorbent cloth
  • Be careful not to rub the product against coarse, abrasive or sharp surfaces that may scratch the recycled leather
  • Storage also matters. We recommend storing the product in a dry place where it is properly accommodated in order to avoid deformation

WHAT´S OUR SHIPPING PROCEDURE?
  • International orders are shipped via Fedex
  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date
  • We estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary
Taxes and Customs
  • FACHA is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order
  • If shipment is refused we will refund you for the value of the shipment
Delivery Times
  • Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries
  • FACHA is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers or customs clearance

WHAT´S OUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns
  • We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • To complete a return, email info@fachaww.com with your Order Number and reason for return
  • Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted
  • Items sold during a Sale are not eligible for returns
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments
  • We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and a refund has been approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
  • If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted

Exchanges
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
